Use of the sauna, steam room, hot tub and pressure shower comes with any treatment, and the guided Hydrotherapy Circuit is part of the visit, which is why the spa asks you to arrive 45 minutes early. The thermal areas are separated for women and men. There is a luxury hot tub with relaxation loungers, a beauty salon, and a boutique. Bring a swimsuit for the hot tub. Hours are 8 AM to 6 PM.

Rise & Shine Yoga runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 8 AM on the Sundeck, and Aqua Yoga is a sunrise session at Rooftop 360 with the view over Los Cabos; both are booked on the resort’s Experiences page. The fitness center covers 2,500 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows over the Sea of Cortez, and holds treadmills, ellipticals, cardio equipment, free weights and a rowing machine. It is open from 7 AM to 7 PM daily.

The Tequila Spa Experience runs 80 minutes and opens with a foot ritual of water, salt, mint and tequila, then a full-body massage using premium tequila-based products, a gentle exfoliation with a mask on the back and feet, and a cold stone facial massage to finish. The Equilibrium Ritual runs 100 minutes and works with palo santo oil, hot stones, guided breathing, facial yoga, a facial mask and reflexology for the hands and feet. Lavender and cacao body scrubs and wraps are on the menu too, at 25 and 50 minutes.

Yes, the spa is open to the public, and so are the resort’s dining outlets. Access to the spa, meaning the wet areas, massages and every treatment, is for guests aged 18 and over. Cancellations need 24 hours’ notice, 4 hours for a same-day appointment and 7 days for a group, and inside those windows half the service is charged. A booking can be rescheduled once.
